Credit card dues have increased the fastest among bank loans, reaching nearly Rs 2.8 lakh crore by July’s
end, seeing a 22% year-on-year growth. Personal loans now make up the largest share of non-food credit
at 32.9%, growing by 14.4%. Loans against gold jewellery increased the most within personal loans
